Round 1: Juggs stomps.

Round 2: Two of them put up a fight but Juggs still wins.

Juggernaut might honestly lose round 2 considering that Colossus through fighting dirty was able to hold his own against the much more physically powerful Juggernaut. If both use the environment and fight pragmatically I could see them scraping some wins, but Juggernaut would still win the majority.

I thought Angel Dust And Colossus we’re almost even, and Juggernaut about 2X Colossus, so that would make total power output about the same on both sides....gonna say Juggs wins 7 of 10, but without his protective helmet ⛑ only wins 3 of 10 😮. How’s that?
