Your position is flawed, one can be jobless and still take in money, like welfare and unemployment or fraud.
But that's not the point, the point is, this will fail due to a lack of subscribers. Not because people can't afford it; they just won't want to pay.

I know of a bum who has been on unemployment for a very long time; he knows how to abuse the system.
Fail due to not enough income is not what I meant, I'm sure Peterson could fund this for decades himself and not feel it hit his bank account. It's going to fail due to a lack of subscribers (because of the fee).
