Women wtf rapestomp. Sif, Valkyrie,Gamora, Nebula and Angel Dust body the opposing team by themselves.

The Asgardians and Angel are beyond anybody here cept maybe Luke Cage and Spidey and Loki.

If Loki had full use of his powers he could MAYBE carry his team.

Does Valkyrie get her flying horse and spear that can cut through Leviathans like butter? Because if she does, she can potentially handle most of the opposing team on her own.

Also, which version of Cap? Regular or Worthy?

Seriously, she doesn't even need to hit the human opponents on the other side. She can just throw them directly upwards and wait for them to come down.

Dont get me wrong, the guys make em work a little bit for it, but they are definitely gonna get manhandled.

Well, as you said yourself, there is too much of a power discrepancy between the teams. There are multiple characters on Team Girls who can probably flat-out one-shot kill multiple people on Team Guys, if they really get serious.

Even Jessica could potentially do pretty horrible things to the un-enhanced people on the other team, if she gets her hands on them:

And yeah, there are a few guys that could wreck the un-enhanced girls too, but not in the same numbers.

Give BP his suit. Give Spidey his Ironspider suit. Then it becomes a decent match. Allow Loki his full powers and it might even lean in the men's favor. As it is though, the women have too many strong characters.

Angel takes at least 3 or 4 at the same time

Who besides Loki is even as strong as Valkyrie or Angel or Sif? I know Peter is roughly in the ballpark. I have never watched Defenders but I am gonna assume Luke is to

Luke isn't as strong as high-end Asgardians, but he is strong enough to do things like shoulder block a speeding SUV, kick a sedan hard enough that it spins 180 degrees, stonewall a punch from Iron Fist, crumple a steel dumpster, punch through concrete etc. He's also overpowered Jessica Jones twice, and she once caught a falling elevator. So, he has a decent amount of muscle. Luke's actual grip strength is rather cartoony though lol:

Peter should definitely be in the same ballpark, considering he can do things like catch a falling jet bridge, stop hits from Cull Obsidian (who can tear limbs off Hulkbuster and send Iron Man sailing multiple blocks and through a building with a hit), stop buses, redirect a cargo plane by pulling on its wing etc.

But yeah, it's not enough.
