I just did in the posted you quoted (flash rogues). And they never did anything impressive back then, it's only in the post-Crisis continuity (pretty late as well) did they begin to be potrayed as powerful. What makes you think otherwise?
And honestly, im not interested in going on a lowballing spree, everyone who has read up on the new gods would agree that they were portrayed later to be much more powerful than they're used to. If you think otherwise, you should read up on them.

There's another showing of a New God creating And What looks to be positioning Galaxies.
Remember because this is New Genesis And the 4th world, the Universe and Galaxy being created and shown here is definitely what we'd consider Normal size to us, because There they dwarf the universe in size.

They have Avatars that Exist throughout the Multiverse, many forms of their true selves. Again these are The New God's Existing in the Celestial city outside Reality time space, viewing Eternity through a Pool.
