going by the first few episodes of season 2 krypton, i'd give it to wade

Gotcha. Cool. I like Lobo, I hope they are portraying him well but sounds like he is nerfed quite a bit if its up in the air or not that wade can beat him

Last episode Lobo got his hand cut off and then his head. Slowly but surely he started to rejuvenate. By the end of the episode he was able to move around and stab Brainiac who was incapacitated

I'd almost wager Lobo has the better healing factor.
