Could we use Mob's feats, since One claimed 100% Mob is equal to Tornado?

Boros had an attack that could've blown up the planet, Tornado, according to herself, can stop the planet, which one could probably assume it's rotation, and that's a feat that hasn't happened so it's only implied.

Also, if you want more proof, one of the databooks states Boros knackered Saitama slightly or something along those lines.

Per statements from ONE and Murata, Tatsumaki is on the same level as Golden Sperm and Orochi, and Boros is on the same level as Awakened Garou. So this fight would probably go something like Garou vs Sperm did: intense, but short.
