Weakest character who can perform the pimp-slap KO

As the title suggests, who do you think is the physically weakest character who can oneshot KO a person via a slap/tap on the head?

Jessica Jones. Danny Rand can probably do it with a controlled Ironfist. Maybe Bucky with his robot arm. I don't think the super soldiers can do it as casually as that, maybe with a stronger slap.

Yeah, I guess slap is a bit of a strong word for it, but "pimp-tap KO" isn't as catchy.
