Does peak Anakin have a counter to people who can use force storm?

In the case of opponents who use normal force lightning Anakin could simply block it with his light saber allowing him to go on his way stomping most of the mythos. However if an opponent knows force storm( not the worm whole version the version thats a variant of force lightning) then the radius of the electrical explosion is too wide to be countered by a lightsaber forcing Anakin to rely on tutaminis. As far as I'm aware Anakin doesn't have any memorable tutaminis feats so is there any way he can defeat opponents who use it assuming the opponent cannot be speedblitzed?

I was under the impression that that was a telekinesis rather than a tutaminis feat being that he was described as holding back physical particles.

Force lighting is physical. Otherwise, how could light sabers block it?

Force lightning is an energy attack and is grounded upon contact with an ignited lightsaber. This is the "blocking" that a lightsaber does against force lightning.
