Pretty much.
Rebirth Ollie looks far less formidable than pre, anyway.
This isn't a Prep (man) fight. And random fights heavily favour Bullseye.

Who's talking about bows? Lol anyway, I'm talking standard gear, too. Both ollie and Roy have trick arrows, which will play a huge factor in the fight.

When has Clint beat down someone on Bricks level? You're only using one criteria for strength/physical. When it comes to trick arrows, its wash. Both have awesome tech . However, when you're comparing roy to bullseye, Roy brings more to the table.
