Monica's main way of damaging opponents is becoming heat or electricity or some other energy form and rushing her opponent right? Flash can outrun lightning easily, and Shazam is too durable for anything in spectrum's arsenal.

I'm not sure if people read on monica but Spectrum can become any energy wave length she chooses. In here energy form she no longer has cells, they turn into energy.
She can become intangible all the way down to the neutrino. A neutrino is an orbital of an atom.
She no longer changes back to human from her light form. This means that her body is composed of photons and can change to whatever energy she desires
Atoms maybe be small but the atomic nuclei is wayyy smaller.
