Companies demanding social media accounts

Who and why?

As in, who kept filing complaints against employees with social media "mistakes" in the first place? And why?

When the companies themselves start enacting such policies, it means they're covering up from litigation. So where's the litigation in discovering your top software engineer had a wild party back in college, and uploaded embarrassing details to social media?

I mean, Bill Clinton ADMITTED to smoking weed. No one cared. Yet this is what got people who admitted such on Facebook fired, and started these policies.

As the saying goes, ‘its not an issue until someone MAKES IT an issue’. And someone’s always going to make the dumbest thing an issue.

On a side note, Trump has just won his biggest case against social media when the court claims he’s not allowed to blocked anyone from his twitter account.

You might say, but he lost. In actuality, he indeed did lose, but everyone else won.

Right now, AOC is being sued by 2 individuals because she blocked them.
