But he has zero feats to suggest he could rip a head off, or punch them to death. This isnt Superman on pym particles.
Even a 1st grader could see that even if he was strong enough, his hands simply are not big enough to "rip chunks" off.
Superman's heat vision is useless. He does not have enough mass for his strength, so though not useless, damage he can do is now capped and limited by his own size, not strength for the amount of damage he can do.
Durability Titans>Superman. Facts. They have taken way bigger hits than he has. They have taken bigger explosions, withstood entire militaries worth of arsenal, and they have taken much bigger blunt force trauma. Every single attack Supes withstood through all 3 of his movies they have taken to a next level.
Speed- no need to talk about this. Its Supes gamechanger here, coupled with his impressive but below their's strength and durability stats, should be able to give him several wins imo.

But please, show me Supes with his Super Huge Hands ripping huge chunks out of anything. Or flying anything bigger than a small apartment building.
And Godzilla has feats of like I said, surviving the Permian Extinction Impact, and using a form of his nuclear pulse without going fire mode
Oh and King Ghidorah is here to blasting omnidirectional lightning bolts and is capable of regenerating thousands of tons of flesh in seconds so Supes is gonna need some big hands.
