You're under the impression that I think these people who punch modern Nazis should get away with it, I don't. If they want to punch Nazis for being deplorable people, sure, just be ready to accept the possible legal consequences.
To Whirly's benefit, he has said he's fully aware and accepts that legal action may come when engaging in fisticuffs because some Nazi or other scumbag popped off in front of him.
