Loki vs Immortal Hulk

Hey, when I'm right, I'm right.

This could probably be closed for spite now...

mmm

*proceeds to close every thread where Hulk is up against an energy absorber/manipulator*

Hulk hasn’t been that vulnerable to energy manipulation in a minute. His power source is basically infinite and he can absorb energy himself at this point.

Loki “cast out” the Gamma. It was almost closer to a power switch than a traditional energy drain from the scans I saw. Similar to what happened with Hulk and Amadeus Cho. Hulk’s connection is to the green door. He isn’t just a gamma irradiated nerd like we thought.

*shrug* OK Rage.

It's simple.

Loki is able to affect Hulk:

'Ah!!!' I hear Carver cry. 'This is IMMORTAL HULK!! He is way more powerful than before, look, he laughs at trans (poss Skyfather!) level attacks!! If anything hurts him, that attack MUST be above that level!!!!'

But you see, I am bringing up Bushwacker and Black Panther, and Betty, and Abomination, to show that actually, in his short (20-odd issues, plus three or four guest appearances) run so far, things that would have affected Savage etc, would have also affected Immortal.

In short, let's not pretend that it ONLY takes Skyfather (poss Abstract!) level attacks to harm Hulk.

Seems like nothing has changed. Loki has depowered Savage Hulk, and can depower Immortal.

You just posted a scan of Loki using an incantation to transform Hulk. That’s even LESS applicable to every manipulators. Circe depowering Superman isn’t evidence that Surfer can turn off his kryptonian powers for example.

O...k?

This is Immortal Hulk vs Loki. I am using Loki's showings against Hulk.....to prove what Loki can do against Hulk. Want to argue something else? Open that thread. Not sure why your panties are so bunched.

So far, Loki wins

*every thread where Hulk is up against an energy absorber/manipulator*

I’m sure Dildo was half joking but that was the sentiment I was addressing. That Loki wasn’t indicative of most (it any) energy manipulators. You then addressed me in a manner implying disagreement.

I don’t need convincing of Loki’s capabilities. I’m aware of what he can do to the Hulk. This was miscommunication.

Loki wins. No discussion now.

Loki drains him

From the same issue:

My first thought is that Immortal Hulk is indeed more susceptible to drainage than some of his past incarnations. /shrug

Based on that I don't think it means that it's only unique to Loki

So he's basically a sponge instead of a bottle - he both absorbs but is drained more.

Also worth noting that Banner absorbed his power back from Spidey at the end of the issue:

I don’t like the direction they are taking hulk in. I always considered him a muscle based being instead of an energy based.

The angrier he got the stronger he got. His strength was based off his anger not gamma energy. Smh. Marvel trying to screw another character. He’s the next Thor and gonna be every energy manipulators biotch. Smh.

That's what I got as well. Loki specifically targeted his energy and threw it out.

Well I guess this battle has been definitively settled.

Loki oneshots. 😄
