He shook his head no and gave that look of disappointment. It's the same thing a dad does when his son tells his new wife to "calm down."

"You done f*cked up. You shouldn't have said that."

But secretly thinks it's funny and the kid is right. That one?

You think Trump wants to murder illegals who come here?

Sometimes people act like he is, sometimes they act like his rhetoric is the only rhetoric that matters. That isn't the case.
His rhetoric is not the only one that matters, agreed. The shooters are still making choices: the planning, the traveling, then pulling the trigger. That's not Trump 'making them' do that. But IMO neither is it realistic to think his words (which he's responsible for) aren't having an influence.

Generally speaking: by one's choices, one may open the door to trouble. But Trouble still has to choose to walk through.

I guess my point is when Trump gets sent poison in the mail(this happened) or antifa members try to storm an ICE center after dems have repeatedly invoked concentration camps and nazis we don't hear the same lectures about rhetoric from the media and the democrats.

I can't entirely disagree with this. But I think this is because the media is ruled by profit, everything else is secondary, with Trump being top attraction.
