If you were in governance..

Say, a governor, president, or some executive position. How would you handle yourself, and what would your goals be? What would you want your legacy to be?

I'd imagine I'd be remembered as the executive who failed to play politics, then did nothing while the angry mobs the frustrated activists whipped up rioted in the streets for lack of an apology or concession. Then my city would be sued into oblivion, since my strategy to handling rioters is "Sit back, do nothing, let them burn themselves out."

I would probably also say on camera, "Hey, they can only riot once. Everythings burned to the ground, what are they gonna do, burn the ash's"?

I would Re-DeLegalize Weed and Put Bashy in a Hard Labor Camp some place where it gets Really REALLY HOT.

That and lots of other Really Horrible Stuff to People that don't like me.

I'd work for a fundamentally classical liberal agenda, give people the free weed, protect gay marriage (but don't force religious clergy to perform the ceremonies or other shit like that), work to make prison's more humane (people shouldn't be turning a blind eye to prison rape and prison violence, that's bullshit), **** affirmative action and other diversity quotas I'd target the shit out of that discriminatory bullshit, protect the first amendment in all things, safeguard the second amendment, fight for lower taxes, lower government spending, less regulation.

Then when I'm done with office in my farewell speech, I would repent for whatever sins I'd've inevitably committed to play the game of politics, tell the people they should not look to the government or politicians as spiritual entities to worship or model themselves after, and depart on a new mission of fixing my own character after having been locked in the vitriol of politics, the temptation of power, and the self-absorption of being the center of attention for so long.

I would Deport all Soy Socialist to the Worst Socialist Shit Hole On the Planet I could find. Let them Eat Rats and Pigeons in Venezuela and wipe their asses with tree leaves for a while.

I honestly don't think I would ever want a job of that much responsibility.

If it were forced on me though, I think I'd forced everyone to worship me by taking the mark of the beast on their forehead or right hand and would try to get a one-world currency, government, religion started.

Or, in other words, I'd try my best to make Biblical prophecy a reality in my time as leader. 😛

My lifelong dream is this, and I never even knew it. (I "thought" my dream was to incite a riot, make sure no government aid comes at all, and see how long it can keep going until people realize they're just destroying the place they live, and work together to rebuild.)
