Right now, in terms of stock, I'd say Black Bolt. Apoc was a joke in the Nate Grey arc and BB has been either swinging it, or getting Emma Frost'd.

Overall, it's close. I could see Apoc teleporting away from the scream and impaling him.

yeah this is close and would be a great battle. not sure who i'd take tbh. pretty close to a split.

Apocalypse. If Apocalypse has shear number on his side in the strong survive black bolt would have to expend electrons in great number.
If he arranges things to start a white event and both of them end up in New Universe.
Well I think Apocalypse could reap the wirlwind.
