BP used tech to attack his brain/senses and caused him very brief pain. It’s not as if he just clawed at Hulk and caused him to scream out which would be a low showing.

Using the logic that 'well, let's just use the low showings for the other character whilst MY character is walking around throwing planets around' or whatever, is biased.
You guys want to add context and an entire backstory of how BP meditated for 13 days with the Panther God, fashioned special weaponry from the skin of the LT and charged it with stolen lightning from the Motherstorm or whatever, go ahead.
But all we saw, was a street/meta character with his claws hurting Hulk - which is exactly what I said.
How far do we take this? Are you all one of those guys who say that BP can take out the LT with prep? Eternity? If Batman had a dossier on the entire Marvel U and unlimited resources, could he also take down Galactus? Could BP actually take Silver Surfer out? Where do you guys draw the line with this 'with prep' stuff? ESPECIALLY if we didn't even see BP prepping his claws?
