We spend six times on health care per person, yet have a basic safety net and unaffordable care that lacks transparency.
Our corruption happens to the tune of billions, and is in every major industry. Our representative democracy is a sham, the media is propaganda machines, the DoD, CIA, FBI, and IRS are glorified mobsters. I mean, that Smedley Butler I mentioned outright admitted his job was to act as high class muscle for corporate interests.
Rule of law? Judge's seem to make it up as they go. The rule is whatever a judge says it is.
Other countries problems simply don't compare.
