Does it prevent rape by murdering the women before they are raped?

Naik hasn’t got any proof that provocative clothing is the cause of rape. There’s no proof for that belief. He needs to prove that it does before claiming that the Niqab/hijab protects women from rapists. I’m not going to entertain Naik’s other delusions because I am tired of scrutinising Islam and the delusions of people covering up for it. It’s now been 2 years since I’ve left that religion.

Maybe, if women are wearing hijabs, the rapist will think they're suicide bombers and doesn't want his d!ck blown off...
I mean, we're already stereotyping and victim-blaming, might as well take it to the max.
