Actually if you read my post I said "Why call Trump Jr. fredo?". I assumed this was because you knew that others had called him "Fredo" and Chris did nothing. If you weren't aware I could see why you interpreted it like that.

So not only did he not know what he was actually talking about, but he blamed you and said it was your fault and slandered you at the same time, when you never suggested Cuomo called Trump Jr "Fredo"

He lost enough control to get loud, confrontational, and a bit irrational. However, he maintained enough control to keep from actually becoming violent, which is what I am giving him credit for.

Being thrown down a flight of stairs is highly likely cause serious if not lethal injuries, and so could a regular asskicking, but we don't automatically call threats of violence death threats, for f*ck's sake...and before you jump on my d*ck about it, no, I am not equating the likelihood of death between a fall down the stairs and a regular asskicking.

The point is, Cuomo's shit-talking is more akin to "I'm going to f*ck you up" than "I'm going to kill you."

Wrecking your shit and throwing someone downstairs is threatening murder, people get killed all the time from falling down the stairs on their own, imagine being beat up and thrown down by this muscle bound maniac.
