Well going by leftist logic he is guilty since we have corroboration.

Also every place I see this reported keeps just calling this an assault.

If a guy had gone up to a woman...rubbed his hands all over his dick and then rubbed his hand on her face and asked her if she liked dick or pussy...I feel like people would be referring to it as a sexual assault.
