Fallacies. Only Thor had a relatable weapon. Thor was fat and not as agile. IM had no sword and his fighting skills are low tier. Cap had no sword nor cutting device.

Sidious did not look overly fast up against Windu. One on one his defenses were broken and he was disarmed via one well placed kick by a human being who is a joke strength wise to Cap alone.
