Thor can still just zap him and electrify his punches, but if that's not allowed because it's h2h, then he's still got enough skill and speed to outmaneuver Logan before knocking him unconscious or just throwing him out of the battlefield. He probably gets a few good cuts in though since this Thor is really out of shape.

Ya, Big Boi Thor wins. The stat gap is unimaginably large in favor of Thor in every category sans maybe fighting skill, and even Fat Thor slid under Thanos' helicopter blade sword and such in Endgame's final battle, showing some agility and awareness.
