Apostrophes and speech marks usually don't register properly and come up as $#£~ whatever. That might be why.

And those special apostrophes aren't the only characters that are giving KMC trouble.

As for the fix. It's been that way since 2015 (last server move). Raz promised to examine the error, but... you know Raz.
