Black Manta, King Shark & Orca vs. Black Panther, Luke Cage & Blade

Who wins?

Man I love that Marvel squad. They took down the Katrina Vampires. At first I was gonna say the DC squad looks too stacked for them, but depending on the weaponry Eric & T'Challa get, and whether they can pierce Shark & Orca's skin, they could take this. Cool fight.
