More than likely. His only weakness seemed to be from a radioactive environments or objects. I think Morlun would treat him like Jason Voorhees treat the average camper.

As far as I know, no character in any mainstream comics has ever been shown to function below absolute zero. I find it highly unlikely Morlun could either.
