Florida man found guilty in Stand Your Ground

Only just heard about this. From the looks of it, this was cold blooded murder, as camera's showed the victim took a few steps backwards before being shot.

Yeah this doesn't count for stand your ground imo. The guy was backing down. Threat was over as soon as the gun appeared, no reason to fire
