No, but since Kryptonite only effects Kryptonians of the same universe, and his Krypton went into Rao instead of went kabloowie, there wasn't Kryptonite that could hurt him. Except when Element Lad from Earth-Prime made Kryptonite, that counted, but then he died.

As for Thor BFRing, not only might it fail 'cuz magick tickles, but he punches his way out of BFR and turns Thor back into a frog.
