I am OK with everything. I even accept that they change Namor's origin. But they really made Namor look weak. More strength feats and not let him lost just like that.

the movie was meh. overstuffed, overlong. namor had good motivations but he was all wrong.. Dude aint an Aztec dunno where they pulled that from. Liked how they paid tribute to Chadwick though. 7/10 for me

I think they made him Aztec to avoid too much similarity to Aquaman. I'm ok with that change honestly.

Mixed bag, this one. At least an hour too long with utterly pointless filler. All over the place with the plot. Was there really any point in the CIA/"scientist" plot that couldn't have been explained with a far less time consuming bit of exposition? Did they really need it just to introduce a shitty Ironman replacement? CGI was great in parts and abysmal in others. At least they vastly improved Shuri's character and lost her grating, annoying personality and made her far more likeable. In the grand scheme of things it was totally pointless though and was basically just a stand alone commemorative movie for Boseman.

Yup and largely agree.

Watched this last night, found it to be just barely okay and the second best film of Phase 4 behind Spider-Man: No Way Home. Phase 4 has overall been a huge let down.

Namor was cool in action. But aside from that he was such a prick (and not in a bad ass way):

No Way Home was silly, but it's the best film in Phase 4, which really tells you how the MCU has dipped.
