Spiderman has given Hulk fits, dropped Firelord, fought the Avengers and Fantastic Four, stomped the Xmen, wrecked Absorbing Man. These are outliers. His consistent showings are fighting Tombstone, Hydroman, Venom, Carnage, Sandman... and even then, he needs plot to win. There's a difference here. If we accept outliers, he is EASILY high Herald. If we accept his consistent showings, he is meta. This is why when I argue for Hulk, i ALWAYS mention "he has consistently been shown to be over Herald tier", because he has.
