USAgent vs. Doc Ock

Who is the superior power?

Doc Ock for the majority

I think USAgent would control the flow of battle by the same techniqe that the Phalanx uses.
The Avengers usually have the files on things and run cenerios to study.

Doc has a longer reach, but a thrown shield to the face could end this as well. If it isn't deflected. If Doc seperates him from that shield though, it's beating time.

Yep

There was one time when Otto admitted he was "weak" against range attacks - it happened during the original Secret Wars, when he was facing Hawkeye. He still blocked his projectiles.

Difference is, Hawkeye packs plenty of arrows... Walker only has his shield as his most standard equipment --- and said shield, ricocheting or not, can be easily intercepted.

By controling the direction the battle goes in with the shield.
USAgent like the Phalanx can impress the opponent.
All John needs is two seconds of a look and he scores.
