Well Green Scar is the very same personality as World Breaker Hulk. At the height of his power, not even Red She Hulk hitting with a magical sword could stop him. She was amping off of him and was his physical equal.

The lasso could stop Hulk. Anything outside of that, nothing is holding him back. Punching him (outside of plot) does nothing but make him more powerful. Even Tony admits this...
