There is no factible way for Ares to harm Hulk. On the other hand, Ares has no feats to suggest he can survive getting rag-dolled by Hulk.

I don't see a way for Ares to come on top of this one.

Hulk will eventually come out on top but Ares is quite versatile and powerful. He will definitely be able to be in control of a the vast majority of the fight. He can ragdoll Hulk as well with TK. I just don't think he can put him down permanently

The hammers actually give Ares more of an advantage. Ares can use the hammers against Hulk.

Here's some things Ares can do.
1. Fly
2. Teleport
3. Control heat and fire
4. Control lightning
5. TK

With that said, Ares wins fairly easily. Hulk has no chance to get close and no defense against the lightning.
