Look forward to your opinion when you come out of the movie in 8 hours

Shut up.

It was awesome, Reflash was right.

It is awesome. Long though. That ending is like Return of the King long.

Well...not quite...but long.

169 mins. So, it is kinda long, yeah.

I never got bored, though.

Jackson's films are in the league of their own, as far as the running time is concerned. Extended RotK = 252 mins.

Saw this tonight. After really liking the first one, I found this one to be pretty disappointing. Too many jump-scares, not nearly enough tension, and far, far too much comedy.

It was funny when it was trying to be, but it wasn't scary or tense when it was supposed to be.

I saw some snippet of a review that said some like 'IT 2 fails as a horror, but succeeds as a comedy'.

Am torn if I want to see this in the theaters or not now.

No, not as usual... as for some reason, you've completely devolved to a Clark wanker --- but I guess it works like a zombie virus of sorts around here, so it wasn't your fault.

I hope someone'll come up with a cure.

Yes, I've enjoyed it thoroughly 👆

And so have other KMCers I spoke to, who would post here if not for retards such as Flyattractor.

That's because it tries too hard to be funny at times, and crams in comedic relief where it really isn't really needed, which cheapens several of the 'scares'.

If you're a fan of the first film, I'd recommend seeing it. Don't get me wrong, I thought Chapter 2 was enjoyable, but I still liked the first one better.

^ 👆

Btw, I wonder

Spoiler:
what was behind the "scary" door.

I'm the objectivest poster (and mod) here. Hopefully you'll see the light.

And is flyattractor still alive?

First one was better.

Some of the gory/horror aspects were better in part 2.

Enjoyed it. First one was better, and feel like they could have developed the characters more in 3 hours. But still, this was cool.

The original tv series is still far superior though.

That's because it had GOAT Tim Curry.

It was confirmed that Tim Curry was a goat?

Imagine unironically having an opinion this bad. The original TV series was phucking whack. 👇

Funny though. 👆

Anyway, got back from seeing this, it was pretty good but not as good as the first. The Bowers subplot should honestly have been cut.

For me, the original is a not-so-great series elevated by Tim Curry being ****ing amazing as Pennywise.

Chapter Two is a movie with an excellent cast bogged down by a poor script.

The acting was good, especially Bill Hader. But everything else did nothing for me, I fell asleep halfway through.

Sure he is, but he's still banned.
