This is not a stalemate. Black Lantern Kal-L himself makes this a non fight.

Nothing they do to him will stop him, since they lack the White Light.

FYI, Kal-L as a non undead has enough feats to kill Thanos.

I don't think so, I mean Hal used black ring once and he still has his free will, If Black Lanterns only just constructs from the ring then that shouldn't happen
