zod’s Punches+ supergirl punches plus Superman Punches and krytpo’s bites. Not to mention all those guys he beat up in the phantom zone.

let’s not try to change the goal posts by assuming what you think I'm trying to "apply".

No one has been able to really hurt Rogol.

No matter what they dish him he's always had an answer. It was implied that it doesn't matter what they bring against rogol, he always exceeded it.
It's like he had an unlimited powers source and can tap into it to overcome whatever he is against.
