Without all the special futuristic gadgets, Bucky should have this.

Cable's bionic arm didn't seem all that impressive IIRC. Bucky should win this unless someone could come up with feats for Cable's arm.

Bucky's bionic arm has greater feats of pure strength. So he should be able to take it.
