ZH Parallax vs. God of Light Hal

Two very powerful versions of Hal. Which one takes it?

I tend to Parallax Hal, Parallax Hal has the CB energy+Parallax entity+ remnant energy from COIE+ When he defeated Time Trapper, He seemingly controlled the entropy on the end of time

Thought Hal said something to the effect of his power as the God of Light "almost" rivaling that of the emotional spectrum..?
