Without any great writers writing him up to those levels though, he still operates like a brick even though he is more. Did Sky Fathers, or at least Asgardian one's get a nerf? Two years as an All Father apparently hasn't been enough time to judge his power levels, because he has yet to challenge an equal power in his own book. Unless you know of a story that showcases this? Every story feels like an anime filler outside of the Black Winter saga.

Or maybe he's just not that powerful for battleboard purposes. Like Martian Manhunter, or Terrax.

You wanting him to showcase all these powers that a Classic Odin Skyfather being SHOULD manifest, doesn't mean he gets them.

Colossus with an Elder God amp (the greatest amp he had ever given any of his servants) and 20% of the Phoenix Force, an unlimited force of creation, should be wayyyy up there. Doesn't mean we just draw a linear line and extrapolate.

A Daxamite (so Kryptonian level stats) with a Power Ring (something which makes normal humans herald level) AND an emotional entity that was remaking the universe on a whim, should be way up there. Doesn't mean we just draw a line and extrapolate.
