Wouldn't the DC team theoretically win before the Marvel side became aware that the match ever began? They aren't more powerful or anything, it's just that they'd only lose if they refused to use their powers. For the record though, they'd only be able to hold this version of the Hulk in a stasis loop. They wouldn't be able to actually harm him.
