Captain Marvel (DC) & Hawkman vs. Ultraman & Owlman

Rules/Stipulations:

•CIS off
•No Prep
•No BFR
•New Earth Captain Marvel and Hawkman
•Antimatter Universe Ultraman and Owlman
•Both teams are going all out

Good match up, leaning toward team 2 but could be wrong.

Ultraman/Owlman. Pissed off/Evil Supermen aren't good matches for the Shazam family.
