According to most recent canon, Sise just created one universe. What happened to Marvel cosmology after that wasn't his doing -not directly at least- so it's inconsequential to the feats Sise personally preformed.
Like I originally said- "God" or not, he still just created one universe on panel. That is the greatest feat he has from which to gauge his power.
