Bump. Based on the last JL comic, I would definitely side with Perpetua here. She more or less oneshotted the fusion of three Multiversal + tier Monitors and granted it the anti-life equation like it was nothing. The power that allowed the Monitors to fuse and shape the energies of their respective domains was a mere “speck” of the totality of power that Perpetua wielded. She genuinely might be the most powerful character in DC history other than the Source and its judges.

Didn't Molecule Man, using Beyonder's multiverse destroying blast, which was only a tiny fraction of Beyonder's power, create a new multiverse even larger than the Marvel multiverse? The only reason Beyonder didn't create multiverses is because that wasnt his motivation, but it's clearly within his power, considering he has infinite space within the Beyond realm to create whatever he wants.

when not at full power she turned Brainiac One Million into her chair, the same brainiac one million who is casually multiversal. someone who bottled hundreds of universes futures. someone who was about to destroy every alternate future plucked from hypertime, someone who view multiversal artifact like Warlogog like a useless toy. some one who has infinite future of death at his fingertips
she's been stated to be omniversal, She created a infinite multiverse and put it on the palm of her hand, this multiverse contain the Nil, a realm that view third dimensional multiverse as size of a germ. She created World Forger who was capable of creating 2 multiverses and HYPERTIME. The combine power of WF, AM and Monitor cannot match a Perpetua that's not even at full power. And all three of the brothers are casually multiversal
pre- retcon beyond realm view the marvel universe as droplet of water in the ocean, "our universe" singular, and even if we regard it as marvel multiverse, the marvel multiverse in the 80s is way smaller. the size of beyond realm is no way comparable to dc's highest layers of governing existences.
now if people want to go the low feats route:
they can argue, sure a perpetua who's not in full power, almost used up her energy to destroy a universe
but at the same time, beyonder used so much power to kill death, by his own words he doesn't have enough power left to revive her.
