Is cold fusion the same thing as nuclear fusion? I know cold fusion was the Holy Grail for lots of characters in 80's sci-fi movies but none of them really explain what it is well enough. Seems like nuclear fusion could be called cold fusion from what I know of it, hope so, I kinda like it when science fiction becomes science fact.
