Maestro became pretty unimpressive outside of future imperfect imo, same with rulk post absorption removal, which leaves wbh as the only real contender. Wbh could be stronger than ultraman, but not so much so that kyle still couldnt contain with him with constructs.

Id say 7/10 split in kyles favor.
