Round 2: Diana has her gear, Thanos has his sword
Round 3: Thanos gets the Power Gem

Thanos sweeps. Diana can prolong the inevitable with superior speed and maneuverability, but she can't put Thanos down and any hit landed will brutalize her.

Yep. Pretty much this.

WW wins 2nd and 3rd one. She has the speed and skill to one shot Thanos with her sword. She also can lasso Thanos at super speed.

Not really. It doesn't grant strength or durability like in the comics. So Diana can still cut Thanos just as easily with superspeed.
