he needs a single ray of sunlight to get to full power
If a single ray sunlight is all he needs then he could be fighting at full strength carrying as much energy as a single ray of sunlight that can easily be replaced if they are fighting near the sun, or in the daytime or if he has his suit on. Once he sees what Galactus is trying to do, super speed and he flies through his head.

Galactus teleports him inside of a black hole where there isnt any sunlight and beats him to death or Galactus just absorbs the sun and beats him to death or Galactus just absorbs his energy and proceed at beating him to death or Galactus does none of the above and beats him to death. 2 different tiers here. Absorbing Superboy Prime power wouldn't even be an appetizer for someone like Galactus. Galactus 10/10, with ease.
