Power levels change from writer to writer or even story to story.

Hulk is easily in the same league in regards to strength and durabilty.
In fact I'd take Hulk in strength in a heartbeat... Just not in overall power.

The same thing happened during their New52 throw down. Yeah, on paper he got his butt kicked, but the fact is Orion had a big shit eating grin on his face the entire time.
