He'd break them, and place a force cube around Magneto's head. Thanos helped to free the Inbetweener from a nearly unbreakable prison, he also shattered Quasar's energy construct like it was glass.

When did he face off vs Jean with the FP? The only time that I can recall is back in the Clairmont Era and Jean had her psychic circuit breakers up limiting her power (this was mentioned by Jean during the fight and confirmed by tests by Moira later).

Thanos could shove Magneto with his shields still up (not because he can't break them, but to maximize pleasure) up Apocalypse's ass, do the helicopter and the team would be helpless to stop him.
